Autumn Potato Gratin - Sides & Salads

Just for Gwynn

The only ingredients that I use are red potatoes, heavy cream, garlic and parm cheese.

The smaller you cut the potatoes the better, I also usually cook them in a VERY shallow baking dish or cookie sheet b/c otherwise it takes twice as long for the potatoes to get done.

Plus, when you cook them in a shallow layer there's more that got the yummy, gooey, golden brown cheese bits on top..
I love potatoes au gratin. Yummy...
