Pasta Salad

How does everyone make theirs? I'm gonna try it for the first time but need some inspiration! Thanks!!

My favorite pasta salad is my invented Italian Pasta.

Rainbow Routini
hardboiled eggs (small fine pieces)
black olives (sliced)
Pepperoni slices (cooked in oil, add just a tad of the cooked oil to the salad for flavor)
red and green peppers (finely diced)
onions (finely diced)
swiss OR mozzarella cheese (grated)

Dressing:
Mix italian dressing, tarragon, oregano, marjoram, salt, pepper, and parmesian cheese together. Combine all ingredients and serve cold.

I used to make a yield of 200 and don't use exact ingredients--just eyeball it.

My favorite:

Penne or bowtie pasta
Artichoke hearts
Sundried tomatoes
Kalamata olives
Feta cheese

Safeway Parmesan & Italian Herb dressing.

I eyeball the ingredients and include a little olive oil from the artichoke hearts.

I use same as first but put a lil bit of Italian salad dressing or live oil and vinegar..

Im scared to use the peppers and onions..and DH doesn't eat olives. I think I'm stuck with colorful rotini, cucumbers, tomatos, ham and italian dressing.

Mine is almost the same minus the eggs and pepperoni. Instead of pepperoni I use prosciutto. I also like the cheese in crumbles instead of grated only for the look of it
My dressing consists only of italian salad dressing.

Wishbone italian dressing

It's actually one of my favorite foods.

You make it exactly like my sister, it's my favorite way!

Roasted Peppers
Sun dried tomatoes
chunks of pepperoni
chunks of mozzarella

And any Italian dressing ( I prefer the one that packets that you make yourself)
