So this recipe is so, SO easy!


1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernal corn (drained)
16 oz sour cream
1 box jiffy corn mix
1 stick butter
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350

melt the stick butter first, then add everything else. Make sure you drain the kernal corn. Mix everything well.Grease the pan. Put the mix in, and even it out. Top it with cheese (how ever much you want. (I personally put the whole bag of cheese since Db and I love it cheesy!) Then put it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. Just watch it, I'm not sure how long you bake it for since my mum didn't tell me. But just pick it with a fork or something. When the ends of the fork isn't wet, you'll know it's done. Even though this is a very simple dish, it's VERY yummy. Db loves this! Hope you enjoy!
