Creamed Spinach
This is VERY Easy, and VERY Tasty...
Ingredients 1 bag of frozen spinach (10 oz) 1/2 pint cream 1 small onion chopped 2 tblsp butter salt and pepper Melt butter in skillet and cook onions until transluscent. While the onions are cooking, rinse spinach in strainer to thaw out, then squeeze all the excess water from the spinach Pour cream into the butter and onions. Heat until it starts to thicken, stirring Often. Add spinach and heat thru. Add Salt and Pepper to taste. We had this last night and it was Yummy!!!
