Spinach cravings - Sides & Salads

I have been craving spinach lately, and eating a ton of it. My food supply is dwindling tonight, but I had some spinach and didn't want to eat it alone. I sauteed up the spinach and a few green onions and mixed it with my ramen noodles. It was way better than I expected

You're probably a little iron-deficient. I always crave spinach when I've not had enough iron in my diet. And YUM on the dish you made!

That's a good point, I probably am.

I have been craving spinach more in the last week than chocolate. I must be insane!
