Creamed Corn
12 ears of fresh corn
8 T. butter Salt and pepper *Remove corn from the cob by using either a knife or a grater. Place corn in a microwavable safe dish, and add butter. Cook in microwave on high for about 7 to 10 minutes. Stir a few times. If corn is too dry add a little milk. season with salt and pepper.
