I dont have a reciepe but that sounds really good.

I took small taters, quartered them...I preheated the oven to 425...I put the taters in melted butter, then i made a mixture of parmasan)sp? and garlic.

I hope they turn out I am baking them for an hour to start.

OH SO YUMMY!!! they wont eat frozen fries anymore LOL
