I am craving tomatoes so bad, I need a really good fried green tomatoe recipie, I lost mine from school Oh! and a good sauce to go with it! Thank you thank you!!

Slice green tomatoes thick.

Dredge in egg wash (1 egg, dash hot sauce, splash milk) the in a dry mixture of; instant potato flakes & italian breadcrumbs.

Fry in canola oil.

I put a dollop of sour cream on top w/a dash of cayenne pepper mixed in.
