Cheesy baked potato salad. - Sides & Salads

I am experimenting for my family tonight, it's in the oven baking, I will let you know how it turns out.

Think cheesy goodness, sour cream, taters, bacon, green onions... all baked deliciously golden brown.

Or at least I HOPE that is how it happens.

I think I maked something similar before. But you use frozen hashbrowns.

it was AMAZING! Let me know how it goes and you might have to give me the recipe if it's any good. I need a new, good potato recipe.
