Foil corn

easy. you might already know this one!

You will need:

fresh corn on cob (white is better)
butter
seasoned salt

1. peel rinse corn.
2. place in a piece of foil on shiny side
3. plop a lg spoon of butter into each foil
4. sprinkle a little sprinkle of seasoned salt on corn.
5. roll corn to close foil then fold over ends (so they dont leak)
6. cook on grill (double foil on bottom if using this method) or on cookie sheet in 350 degree oven about as long as you would a baked potato.
7. to serve, just serve in foil so the corn can be rolled in the butter.
