this is sooooo good!

you will need:
1 can of spinach (feeds 1-2 as side item)
shredded cheese (i use sharp chedder)
cajun seasoning

1. in a pot or frying pan put in spinach (make sure it is dry,no water, a paper towel works good for this).
2. sprinkle generously cajun seasoning the more the spicier/saltier.
3. saute on med-hi til warm and you can no longer see the seasoning.
4. sprinkle cheese generously over top and keep on low heat until it melts.
5. Serve and enjoy!!!!
