this is so good they forget its asparagus...

you will need:

1 bag frozen asparagus or fresh asparagus
steamer or pot with water
minced garlic
salt and pepper
hollandaise sauce (optional if u really dislike asparagus)

1. steam asparagus a few mins til cooked but not too mushy (package usually says how long) if u use fresh make sure u break off the hard ends before cooking!
2. once steamed, cut into bite sized pieces
3. put in a pan with a little butter and about 1TBS of garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
4. saute til just slightly brown (only takes a min)
5. serve with hollandaise if u choose. Enjoy!
