Choose your favorite type of cheese for this refreshing salad recipe. You could add cooked shrimp or chicken to make it a main dish salad.

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups sliced strawberries
2 cups cubed cantaloupe
1 cup blueberries
1 cup raspberries
2 cups cubed Havarti cheese
1/3 cup orange juice
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. chopped basil leaves
PREPARATION:

Combine fruit and cheese in large bowl. Mix together orange juice, oil, honey, and basil in a small jar with tight fitting lid. Shake vigorously to combine. Pour over fruit and cheese and toss.
