Does anyone have any good recipes to cook it. I've never cooked it myself but after eating it the other day at Cheesecake factory i'm hooked and want to make myself some. I just don't know how to cook it or what seasonings ( if any) to add..

I just throw it on the grill just long enough to get grill marks. It is sooo good.

I made some last night. I put some seasoning spice on it, put it in a steamer bag, and nuked it. It was yummy.

I love it when I put it in a casserole dish, add a little olive oil, crushed garlic and balsamic vinegar, mix it and nuke it. It's really good.

Marinate it in 1-2 TBL soy sauce, 1-2TBL olive oil, and about 2 teaspoons of fresh garlic (optional). I marinate them for a couple hours before, and then throw them on a super hot grill. They are a bit salty, soft on the inside, and a bit crunchy on the ends, so so so good! I asparagus too, and just fell in love with it at a wedding about a year ago too! I have been missing out all these years!

Oh and don't forget to break off the hard stalky ends! If bend them, they will naturally snap where they need to be cut!

Ummm, I do! We buy it in bulk at Costco! I have it at least 3-4 times a week, it's so good! Also, if you make a pasta salad, you can broil them and throw them in there too, so tasty!

If you don't have a grill, you can just use olive oil and throw them under the broiler too. You will see the difference in how they taste when you steam, bake, broil, and grill them and can find what you like best! Welcome to the world of stinky pee though!
