Asparagus

i put garlic salt and olive oil in a dish with the asparagus and marinate it for a bit.
and then since I have no grill, I throw it on the george forman for a while. it is delish!

I steam mine until it is almost done, then I throw it in a pan with some butter and salt and pepper and saute it for 2 minutes. When it is done, I squirt a half lemon over it. MMMMMMMM

My absolute 100% favorite way to cook it (I can even get Elizabeth to eat it this way!) Is to put a little salt over it, coat it with some EVOO, and grill it!
