    Removing Candy

    Advertisements
    Hey Everyone,

Any tips on getting candy off of a painted wall. My daughter smeared a yellow Laffy Taffy on the wall and I can't get it off....It's been on there for 7 months now, not going to lie, and now I just want to try a whack/scrape at it again!

    Thanks!

Try freezing it with an ice cube first. You might also try liquid fabric softener (great for getting hum out of hair), but depending on the type of paint, that could leave an oil stain so proceed with caution.

First thought was ice. You could also try a goo gone and see if that helps. That one is a tough one.

Oh, thanks so much I haven't tried ice or any product really. Just tried picking at it with tweezers, a knife and nail clippers. I'm afraid of using product so I'll try an ice cube next.
