    Depression

    Advertisements
I posted this in pregnancy but thought this was more of an appropriate place.

I only have 2 months left and I have been depressed as hell lately.

I want to talk to DH about it but I don't really know how or why I'm depressed.. I'm just not happy?

    What do I do?

I want to be happy like I usually am, but I just don't see that happening!

I don't want this to have an effect on jayce....
I've never felt like this before.

irritable, not happy, i dont want to be around anyone but i dont want to be alone and I don't feel good enough for anyone!

I would talk to your doctor about it. I hope you feel better soon...

Maybe talk to your dr or midwife? I was only pregnant a short while but my mood swings were getting out of control and we discussed me taking a low dose of antidepressants.

Also try googling homeopathic/holistic treatments for depression if you're opposed to taking medicine. Maybe something like acupuncture or a less chemical treatment can help. I hope it gets better!

I just responded to your other thread. I would definitely seek assistance from your doctor. Have you thought of medication or counseling? Either can help tremendously. It is very common to suffer from depression during pregnancy. You have an increased amount of hormones, stress, and worry for what the future holds. It is nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about, and you shouldn't overlook it- as it may cause more problems after your son is born.
