A Gluten Free Thanksgiving
Anyone living a gluten free life...do you have any good recipes that you make for Thanksgiving? My sister was just diagnosed with a gluten allergy and I want to make sure she has a nice holiday too.

This is what I usually make ...
turkey mashed potato bake (potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, all mashed and whipped together and topped with shredded cheese) sweet potato bake (sweet potatoes, mashed and whipped with brown sugar, egg (to rise), and oj (to sweeten) and topped with marshmallows) corn green beans gluten free rolls gluten free stuffing from Whole Foods (its soooo good! especially with some sausage in it! I use Johnsonville mild Italian and onions and a tiny bit of celery) gluten free apple and pumpkin pies candied apples (sliced apples cooked in a mixture of sugar and melted red hot candies.. family recipe soooooooooooooo gooooooooooood) Ya that will be our menu for the 3 of us this year too  Its the 1st year Sophie gets to eat Thanksgiving food.. especially since she now has to eat gluten free like me.  I think I will buy my DH his own pie and maybe make his own stove top stuffing and crescent rolls too.
