sweet potato casserole-it's the shiznit.
I wanted to post my favorite recipe from allrecipes.com. I made it for Thanksgiving last year and seriously, it was freaking amazing. Like a delicious mousse in texture, and really more of a dessert than a main course.

I LOVE sweet potatos. I had never tried them until earlier in the year because I didn't like their color- now I could eat TONS of them!
