Who has a St. Patty's day recipe to share with the board?

I'm making corned beef and cabbage, mainly because it's a traditional recipe for the day - but I'm curious who's making what

The recipe I found was on allrecipes, so if you have a good corned beef recipe feel free to share it too!

4 ounces irish whiskey
5 medium ice cubes
add to glass
add water to taste.

ive always just made corned beef and cabbage. i get the corned beef that comes with the seasonings and then at the end of cooking add the cabbage and some potatoes. my mom used to do the green milk though. im sure you could do clover cookies or somehting as well.

I can't do whiskey though - I'm still haunted by a bad date with Jack Daniels in A-school
