super super easy: chocolate chips about 6 ounces and once can of sweetened condensed milk, melt chocolate in a double boiler and then stir in condensed milk. line a 13 x 9 pan with wax paper or saran wrap and then spread the fudge all out (can use smaller pan for thicker fudge) put pan in fridge and let firm up

    Marbled Chocolate Fudge

    Prep Time: 10 Minutes
    Makes: 2 1/2 pounds

    Ingredients:
    3 cups (18 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
    Dash of salt
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 (10 oz) package deluxe white baking pieces, coarsely chopped

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with sweetened condensed miilk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla then white baking pieces. Stir just until blended. Spread evenly into wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours until firm. Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares. Store leftovers covered in refridgerator.

That's from the Eagle Brand box, I like their fudge.
