As part of a project for school, I need to write a motion for summary judgment.
I have NO IDEA where to start. I have the facts of the case written up already, I just have NO IDEA how to format this, what else I need to put in there, how to word it. OMG. I am practically in tears because I have absolutely no idea where to begin, and our professor seems to expect us to just KNOW how to write this stuff up. Which we don't. Because he hasn't taught us. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Help? Any and all? I'm really desperate for any sort of knowledge about this, at all. I've been googling all night but really don't think I've gotten anywhere.

How has the teacher not gone over the format for writing a motion? Or shared examples? Here is a how-to: How to Write a Motion for Summary Judgment
