So, right now I'm getting my associate's through Gulf Coast Community College with their classes on base. They don't have any Bachelor programs right now and might not for a few years.
There is a college on base also that's actually from back home where by best friend goes to school, SIUC, but I think they may be leaving this base. SO, I was just looking around online and I found DeVry. Does anyone have any good suggestions to where I may be able to continue on with my bachelor's? I'm majoring in Digital Media design (graphic design). I checked AMU (American Military University) and I don't think I saw where they have that degree and FSU (Florida State) campus here in Panama City doesn't have that. So any suggestions would be great! I plan on going back and then working on an associate's in history but for now i'm just trying to get a future degree plan worked out ![]() sorry if that was long as hell

Florida A&M http://www.famu.edu/index.cfm?sjgc&GraphicDesign The graphic designer must have a thorough working knowledge of design principles, color theory, design software, photography, printing processes, papers, and inks. Training in these areas - and more - is available to students in the graphic design program. The graphic design program emphasizes the development of the student's artistic potential and visual expression. From courses in advertising and package design to computer graphics, illustration and web design, the graphic design student is encouraged to build a professional design portfolio. This is the most important factor used by art directors and others in their decisions to hire or contract work with a designer. Many graphic design students, upon graduation, go on to work for advertising agencies, design studios, magazines, newspapers or become self-employed free-lancers. Graphic design students are required to take the following courses. FSU Autism Center FSU Panama City Campus/Comp Sci major The department also has a number of active research programs, in areas, including the following: computer security; cryptography; programming languages; compilers; real-time systems; databases; fault tolerance; networks; neural networks; expert networks; fuzzy sets and systems; scientific visualization; human computer interaction; computational science and engineering. These research programs enjoy external support from agencies ranging from the National Science Foundation to the private sector.

I'm going to Devry right now for that same degree. I'm in my first class (I already have an associates) right now. I have to have online classes though due to my schedule (working full-time and stay-at-home mom) and this was the cheapest, accredited, online option for my degree. It's not my first choice, but on the same token, I am learning all the skills I need and obtaining a Bachelors Degree too. Plus they have a nice military discount as well, so overall I am very happy at this point.

![]() That's very good to know they have a good discount. You're going for Graphic Design? What are the classes right that you have to take? I'm happy I'm starting to gather my options right now. Things may change a little but atleast I may have an idea. I'm not too far away from getting my associates but I still have some time. But, where most people are hating school I'm all into to getting all this done and then maybe even go back for history
