they are offering a 50% discount to Coastie spouses- it is touted to be the only one offering it and they are saying because we have been left out of the MYcaa they decided to offer it.

I think thats great. I didn't know CG wives couldn't do mycaa, that is crap.

we are excluded by law- we are not part of the DOD. and yes it is crap!!
