Poll: Help me choose what to wear to my interview - School & Work

So I've got a second interview tomorrow, and I am wearing basic black pants, a suit top. I just can't decide what shirt to wear underneath. I know either probably would work, but I want opinions. It's a formal interview, and the job dress code is business casual, so i may be a tad over dressed, but i don't want anything to mess this up. Please excuse the hair and (lack of) makeup

white with black dotted striping to show professionalism

#2 but without the jacket, or if you do want to wear the jacket, I wouldn't wear a colared button down shirt, I would go more a nice cami top

Personally, if you wear the pink I think you'll stand out. For that reason, I'd go with number 2.
