Military Role Players??
Does anyone know anything about this? I am planning a move (from FL to NC) to be with DB and the thought of being unemployed terrifies me. DB told me that one of the other guys on his team's wife is getting a job as a role player for when troops are in training. This is part of the job description...
"A General Role Player (GRP) usually plays one of several roles of various indigenous people in an Iraqi or Afghan village. The theater within which the GRP acts is a realistic Iraqi or Afghani village erected on a military training site. Roles to be played include scripted and improvisational roles of members of the village’s general populace, insurgents and business owners. GRPs may also play roles commonly associated with U.S. personnel. The GRP provides these services in support of situational training exercises of the U.S. military." You need to pass a background check to be able to obtain a lower level of clearance (which they will provide), but you can earn a pretty decent amount of $$ doing it... this guy's wife is quitting her current job as a school administrator to do it. Anyone have experience / advice on this?

We use this method of training, however we have military members do it. If it's a job that you feel you can do, and will bring in a source of income, go for it.
