I don't think this is right

So I had testing for learning disabilities and ADHD. It turns out that I have ADHD and LD's in math and spelling (grammar). Well I got the results back today, apparently one of the tests was an IQ test. I scored 145. I was told that is in the 99.9 percentile.

I guess, I just don't believe it. The person said she ran the test 3 times because this was the highest score she had seen... but I don't feel smart, heck 99% of the time I feel like 3rd graders are smarter than me.

I should be bouncing off the walls, I mean my mom says that I am the smartest out of her 3 kids, I have a higher IQ score than her. Both my mom and sister have PhD's I don't think I am smarter. I don't understand, I feel like it is a mistake.

I think it has a lot to do with conceptual knowledge, not just straight up knowing 2+2=4. At least thats what I semi remember it being explained to me like. Take it as a compliment and smile. From the little I know about you, I think it fits just right.

If I recall, Einstein had learning disabilities and he was a genius. I know you are smart, embrace it!
