Fafsa???? - School & Work

I went to fill out the application, but I don't understand what this means.

Housing, food, and other living allowances paid to members of the military, clergy, and others (including cash payments and cash value of benefits):

Can anyone help me?

since we live in housing all we claimed was his BAS

I'm going to call the financial aid office tomorrow. Our housing is ppv so dh's bah is on his les. Thanks for all your help

You have to claim all BAH and BAS on your FAFSA. They will ask you for a copy of his LES, so if you don't claim it they will see it on the LES regardless. Unfortunately they do count it, that is why so many military family members have a hard time getting financial aid

Since they will count it, I will have to pay for school. Maybe next year will be better since he wont have his SRB. Thanks for all your help ladies
