Working through school

Hi girls. Need your help here. I'm fixing to be attending school beginning August. I will be getting a bachelors so I will be there for a while. Thing is, I want to work also while going to school. What kind of jobs have you found were best while also attending school. Especially money wise. I'm thinking waitressing will probably be the best pay one for now. Know they don't pay much per hour but with tips I think it may add up. I'm definitely a people person so... I don't think you make to much cashiering... I don't know. Let me know what yall think. Any ideas you have will be really helpful!

While I was in college I waitressed in the evenings after class at a resturaunt and also waitressed at a bar on the weekends. I made enough money to pay for school and support myself!

i waitressed all through college
look for chain restaurants like TGI Fridays. they will hire just about anyone and they pay pretty well. but be ready for late nights.
i also found some small jobs on campus such as working in the library and teaching recreational classes in the evenings. the library wasn;t much money, but i got $25/hr to teach a couple hours of hip-hop dance classes.

I'm going to school on campus. I can't imagine doing schooling for 4 yrs. online. I really just don't think I would take it as seriously.
