I just applied for a job as a Nanny.

The family is right here in town. They're a super ritzy couple because they're offering .. $700 PER WEEK.

I doubt I'll get a call back. I am by no means an "experienced Nanny" but I have had my fair share of babysitting!

My sis gets paid crazy money to be a nanny too... $21 an hour! It has paid her way through college.. she had only had a year of experience, but she was fun and outgoing and brought a sample of the projects she works on to the interview she had and they hired her on the spot!

I put on the application that I taught English grammar/writing/speaking to Japanese children for 2 years. That might at least get me a call back.

just wanted to say good luck...but if you dont get the job and you really want to nanny...there is this web site called nanny online and you can find people right in your area. I thought about it for a while but just never went through with it. Good luck
