I'm a high school teacher, and I was just wondering what the demand for teachers is around Navy bases. Is it like everywhere else? I'm going to be relocating to wherever db gets his first permanent duty station, and hope to be able to find a teaching job easily. Db thinks there shouldn't be a problem, but I thought I'd throw the question out there.

You could try teaching for Columbia College- they are located on many bases and also have on-line courses. The pay isn't bad- I teach for Univ. of Phoenix online part time and was head-hunted by Columbia and may do some classes for them now too. (Of course- my day job is taking up most of my time...)
Teaching for them may be easier than having to have state specific accreditation.. Just an idea...
