Miss Puerto Rico

I put soy sauce, ginger, brown sugar, lemon, OJ, garlic, black pepper. Broiled it for a couple of minutes, removed the skin, couple of minutes more then flip it over and like 7 more minuntes. As side dish I made jasmin rice and made some potates with bell pepper, onions, garlics and put them on a pan with butter. The salmon was VERY tasty!
