Hear that? You just made my favorite thing...peace and quite.
    If you mean recipe wise...
Put an ice cube or two, at most into a glass. Fill with decent, but not expensive vodka. Look at everyone else like they were crazy.
This also works well with a whiskey substitute.
I live dangerously - I drink whiskey while knitting.

1 Cup crushed Saltine crackers (about 30)
1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs, dried garlic, etc
    1/2 teaspoon paprika
    2 lbs of chicken breasts
    3 tablespoons butter, melted

In small bowl, combine egg and milk then set aside. Place crackers into ziploc bag, seal then crush with rolling pin. Add desired spices and shake slightly. Pour crumb mixture into a large bowl. Using tongs, dip chicken into egg wash then crumbs then place into baking pan. Repeat until all chicken is used. Pour melted butter over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for about 45-55min.
Have you ever considered using potato chips for the coating?

    Strain.
    Touch of rose water.
    Chill
    Then the fun part...
Put mixture into your kitchen aid, churn slowly.
    Add liquid nitrogen slowly.
And yes, I own a 3 litter Dewar just for this purpose.
    Enjoy instant ice cream!

I also make a chocolate peanut butter ice cream I call a panty dropper...
I used to bring it to my favorite bartender once a month...just when she was starting to get crabby.
Apparently her bf came up with the name though.
Making ice cream with liquid nitrogen or dry ice is so much more fun than using an ice cream maker. I’ll pass on your panty-dropper - it wouldn’t work on me, as charming as I’m sure you are, since I’m not wildly enamoured of peanut butter - but I do like the cardamom and rose version. I did something similar once, trying to ice cream proof Turkish delight...

I tried using Lay's sour cream and onion potato chips one time, and they got a little too soggy for my taste. I think the crackers hold up a little bit better.
Good idea though, i'll have to try again with different chips.

Call it an idle experiment. I have no idea whether or not it would work. Iím just thinking of something we did once - chicken nuggets where the coating was a mix of cornmeal and sweet chilli and sour cream chips...
