Tried this today, came out delicious!!!
Ingredients:
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1/4 cup of chicken stock
4 cloves of garlic, minced
3 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
Method:
1. Preheat oven to 450 and set to bake.
2. Place all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl and stir to combine
3. Roll chicken in the mixture, making sure to coat on all sides.
4. Place chicken in roasting pan
5. (For wolfgang puck pressure oven) set valve release valve to seal and lower sealing lever to seal position.
6. Set timer to 25 mins (id say 45 mins and check for a regular oven)
7. (For wg puck pressure oven) when time up turn vent release valve to vent and wait for all air to escape.) Open door
8. Serve hot
I did a side of rice with it,(bad i know) but it was delicious!!
