    I made the crust too thin I think, you need a fork. It was two heads of cauliflower and a 16 inch pizza stone. I think I'd double that. And too cheesy for me. Parm alfredo sauce with fresh mozz. I will cut back on that next time. but other than that. AMAZING!!!!!

    Eye: that looks sooooo good!

    As for cauliflower recipe, I've used it as rice before. Meaning instead of cilantro lime rice, I just processed it and added cilantro and lime...twas good to go!

    We do mashed a lot because we don't eat potatoes. We steam it then add some butter, salt, pepper, and usually some cavendars. Then I blend it with my immersion blender. We also roast it a lot, just cut it up and toss it with olive oil and whatever spices match the rest of the meal and bake it. I've been meaning to try the pizza but haven't yet. I really want to try the "rice" now, too!

    THAT PIZZA!!! It looks so good!! Too cheesy? I never see that as a problem hehe. I'm going to try one this weekend!!
