I love red potatoes! I cut them into chunks and lightly fry them with bell peppers and onions.
They are also cut into thin sticks, tossed with butter, and then sprinkle some Emerils Essence all over them and bake them until they are desired consistency. We make them traditionally with turkey and chicken too... cut them into cubes, toss them with olive oil and sprinkle garlic, rosemary, and salt and pepper on them and bake them too. Enjoy them!

Boiled with butter and parsley flakes. We also just scrub them really good and make mashed potatoes with the skins on. Just add some garlic and they taste just like Applebees.

my friend makes some awesome ones with a spicy seasoning, I'll have to ask her what exactly is in it. It seems to me like its Olive oil, paprika, garlic salt, maybe some chili powder...they're super super good!
