If you have a microwave you can do many things. You have a hotplate, what about something like chicken and rice? Just pan fry some chicken in a pot over the hotplate, season with paparika and seasoning salt. Make sure chicken gets done all the way, then if using slow cook rice add 1 3/4 water into the chicken and add 1 cup rice., cook for about 20 min and eat. It is all on the stove and easy. We add onions with the chicken cooking.
Take care! Kris

You could try doing quesadillas. You can put ANYTHING between two tortillas and cook it in a skillet on a griddle or even in the microwave. Then get some guacamoli, pico de gallo, sour cream, chili con queso and that kind of thing to dip. Try searching out quick and easy recipes on google or even searching microwave meal ideas GOOD LUCK!!!

Tonight I made kabalsa, saurkraut, green beans creamy garlic noodles and rolls. The rolls were the only thing that went in the oven. Do you have a crockpot? I use mine for EVERYTHING. I love it. my fave is pot roast, crockpot steak or chicken and pork roast. Hmmm We may have pork roast tomorrow.
