    Sweet Potatoes

How do you like to make them?

I love them, just baked like a potato is good. Fries are good. Pretty much any way. DH doesn't like them. He'll eat them, but that's only because he is strange and eats anything if it's either healthy or going to go to waste. Anyway, I'm trying to figure a way (preferably somewhat healthy) that he might actually enjoy.

    Any ideas or favorite recipes?

I'm so picky about sweet potatoes, I literally need them to be covered in butter and brown sugar if I'm eating it baked or I wont touch it

I love sweet potato fries! And my mom's yam bake that she does around the holidays and it's got nuts and stuff in it... It's delicious!

DH also puts them in our stews when he makes them instead of just potatoes! There's so much you can do with them

My mom hated the brown sugar butter ones at Thanksgiving, so we always had that kind (to make Grandma happy!) and my mom would make a lemon zest and ginger version so I got used to different ways I think! I really like the idea of putting them in stews and soups. I'm trying to learn to cook a bit lighter than my normal and making more stews would definitely be beneficial!

They're so good! I almost had one for breakfast But I only have two left, so I saved them to make something for dinner

It's sooo good! I've gotten leftover chicken and just cooked it in the chipotle sauce and it comes out super good. You can add whatever other veggies you'd like as well and it's amazing!

This is also yummy if you can find the purple sweet potatoes.
