Meal planners!

What all is on your menu this week?

I'm making mine to go grocery shopping tomorrow morning, and I have to say I didn't cook worth anything this last week so I'm super excited about these dinners. I said "Screw healthy" and am going for comfort food.

Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, and either steamed broccoli or peas
Grilled pork chops (using Lawry's Caribbean Jerk marinade on sale this week), roasted potatoes & zucchini
Grilled ribs + salad
Corn chowder with bacon and bbq shrimp
Chicken cordon bleu pasta + salad

Then two nights of leftovers.

I'm not sure - I've been sitting here trying to get mine done so I can shop this weekend but am drawing a pretty big blank. I solicited suggestions from the kids and DH and they have been no help

I do know we are having grilled pork loin - was going to do it Monday, but that's one of Katy's favorites and she won't be back yet so I'll probably hold off so she can enjoy it too.

I love pork loin! The chops I got from Costco are pork loin chops.

I have no idea I didn't meal plan at all. I couponed, bought meats and sides, and things to cook with and I'll just make it up as I go!

I wish I could do that. I do shop sales, but I have to have a specific plan and list out all the ingredients I need otherwise I end up stopping by the store practically every day after work...which defeats the purpose of meal planning.

I had to do that to start with. I planned meals for about a year, and now it's to the point where I know what I need for basic meals. I have a LOT of spices and basics like soups, broths, etc. so that if I do find a new recipe I can usually make it cause I have the stuff on hand. But it took me a while to figure out what I needed in the house

I don't have specific days, as I don't know what I'll want from one day to the next, but we have food to make these at some point

Creamy Crouton Chicken (thanks to airmanssweetie ) Food <3 / This recipe is crazy simple and so yummy! It comes together so quickly! - Creamy Crouton Chicken from Craft Quickies
Chili's Knockoff Cajun Chicken Pasta- Food <3 / Chili's Cajun Chicken Pasta
Two Timin' Pasta (already made, have LOTS of leftovers) Pearls, Handcuffs, and Happy Hour: Two Timin’ Pasta
Pork Chops and a carb/veggie
Tacos
Chicken anything (we have a bag of frozen breasts from Costco)
Steak on the grill
