    So much Zucchini and Squash!

    I have 10 zucchini and 12 squash... anyone have recipes?

    I really want to make a Zucchini bread but I don't have a loaf pan yet.

    I have a ton coming out of my garden too.

    I've been dicing them up and freezing them in ziplocs for go-to saute side dishes!

    I've also made about 6 loaves of zucchini bread in the last month.

    My grandma makes this zucchini tomato casserole. Its zucchini and tomato slices layered with cheese and breadcrumbs and a little bit of milk. Its yummy!

    I saw something on pinterest where you slice up the squash put some parmesan cheese on it and put it in the oven to make cheesy chips.
