Pancit is filipino noodles??
I used to eat it all the time back home but now that's a distant memory

I have been craving it so bad lately!

i forgot what kind of noodles they put in there.. we do have a filipino store here, if i had it then i could easily make it.

They're really easy to find! They sell it at our Commys here. They're normally in a square plastic-wrapped package. It's see-through, so the yellowish noodles are seen easily.

Here's a recipe I found online. My Lola passed away last year so I can't ask her for the recipe.

well my hubby is half filipino and his dad cooked us some when they came over for the birth of our son and i think that was the first time i had it and i loved it. his dad cooked it really good too, when my hubby made it , it wasnt quite as good, but today my hubby said they had a pot luck at his office and one of the guys wives is filipino and she made them a big batch of pancit and my hubby said it was even better than his dads LOL. i need him to make it again for me.
