hey Judy it sounds like the recipe you have is similar to the one i got from my ex mother in law along time ago
1 can of cream style corn 1 regular can of corn 2 eggs 1/4 cup of canned milk 1/4 cup of flour or you can use bread flour 1/8 cup of sugar salt combine eggs, milk, flour, sugar and salt and beat. Add 2 teaspoons of Vanilla while beating. add a shake or two of nutmeg add both cans of corn before you start mixing the ingredients add 1/2 stick of butter to the baking dish to melt. pour all ingredients into the melted butter. bake at 375 about 45 min. check at 20 min and stir. i dont know what else is in your recipe but this sounds close. |

Thanks Cat...it's kinda like mine except for the flour part and the canned milk part....I already bought the condensed milk and I know that there is a difference between that and the evaporated....I just have to keep searching....but thanks for posting this
