I need a new, easy chicken recipe!
I'm a beginner when it comes to cooking. I've mastered barbecued chicken and DB loves it.
But I'm getting bored with that and need a new recipe that isn't too difficult. So, anyone have an easy, tasty chicken recipe to share? I usually bake my chicken.

Marinade it over night in Lemon juice, black pepper, crushed garlic and any other spices of your choice. Wrap in aluminium foil and bake for roughly an hour at 350 degrees. Halfway through baking, take out and pour leftover marinade over chicken, wrap up and put back in for remaining time. Serve on a bed of wild rice. (or do what I do and get one of those easy-packs of ready made rice
)

My favorite chicken recipe is cream of chicken, chicken. It's super easy and super yummy. All you need is a can of cream of chicken and chicken breast. You can add whatever items you desire. We add cheese on top of it. WE usually book it for 1.5 hour, as for what temp., I am not for sure.

The creamy chicken is awesome! I use Cream of Mushroom w/ Roasted Garlic and serve it over wild rice or rice pilaf. Sooooo good.
Chicken parm is SUPER easy...you just bread the chicken, sautee it up, put in a baking dish with sauce and cheese and your are good to go! Marinating overnight (with any marinade really) is a tasty way ... then pop it in the oven or the grill and you are good to go. I love the grill because the chicken breast retains SO MUCH moisture its not even funny...and the flavor is out of this world. We usuallly use the dry seasoning packets from..McCormick I believe...Zesty Herb is my favorite but Tomato Basil is good, Mesquite, teriyaki, honey mustard (liquid) is also good. |

I've done something similar. A little taco seasoning on the chicken, top with salsa and cheese, bake and serve with rice.

Slice a pocket in a fat boneless chix breast, stuff it with equal amounts of cut--up ham and swiss cheese, seal it shut with a toothpick, dunk it in beaten egg and coat with seasoned bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until juices run clear and voila! Chicken Cordon Bleu.
make a mixture of 2 parts seasoned bread crumbs and one part Parmesan cheese. Chunk up your boneless chicken into nuggets, dip them in beaten egg whites (or beaten whole egg), coat in crumb mixture and fry in skillet in about 1/4 inch of hot oil. Homemade nuggets (really good ones)- serve with a selection of your favorite sauces.
