Help!
I know this isn't a recipe, but I didn't know where else to put it.
I want to make pot roast tonight, How long do I let it Cook for? 2 hours? an hour and a half?

I usually cook it for 4-6 hours on medium, and turn it up to high for the last hour or so. You might be okay for two hours on high, though.
Did you get the kind with a pop-up thermometer? That makes it easy to tell when it's done.

They have them with pop up thermometers?
![]() I usually cook in in the oven at 350, but I cannot for the life of me remember how long I usually cook them. I'm having one of those.. spacey kind of days. lol

I put mine on 250 when I leave for work and cook it the entire day. Sorry, I know that is no help now. I buy a special Alaska Prime Rib Seasoning at the store and sprinkle it on and put some beef broth in the pan. It's amazing and so tender
