Pulled pork sandwiches

Does anyone have an easy really yummy recipe for this?

Pulled pork sandwiches are one of my most favorite things in the world.

I'm stalking this thread.

I do mine in a crock pot. Pork shoulder, cider vinegar, ketchup, mustard, and bbq sauce. Just let it sit for about 7 hours, then take out the shoulder and shred it with a fork and put it back in the pot.

Well if you have a slow cooker it's the easiest thing in the world! Just throw a pork loin in and let it cook nice and slow all day and then throw it whatever bbq sauce you like! We like Sweet Baby Rays but we also leave it plain sometimes so people can put what they like.

For a crock pot, I just slice up and onion in big slices and put it in the bottom of a crock pot and pour some apple cider vinegar in there, a little water and some brown sugar, and a pork butt or pork shoulder on top. (Kosher salt and pepper too) and just let it cook until it falls apart. About 6-8 hours in my experience.

Or, if you want to bbq it, I like to marinate it with some coca cola, cumin and salt. Then start the coals on one side of the bbq and put the pork on the other side (indirect heat) and cook like that for a good 8 hours or so. It will be so tender, you will die.

Prey much this is it. The key is cider vinegar, and don't add any bbq sauce until close to the end (it burns easily).

Is it done after u shred it? I think all i have is apple cider vinegar. Is that what u mean?

Yep, I just put it back in so the sauce gets over all the meat. Apple cider vinegar works.
