Does this sound good?
Okay, so I have two huge basil plants that have GOT to be harvested today. I'll have enough to make pesto, but I'm not really feeling any of my normal pesto recipes right now. I am, however, craving this chicken in puff pastry dish that my mom makes -- but there's also cream cheese in it.
So -- does this sound good? Chicken breasts in puff pastry with pesto cream cheese? I'm a little unsure of the combo... TIA!

 I've also seen recipes that use walnuts... Different taste, but might give it a try.
