Thyme?
So I'm baking tilapia again tonight and I'm wondering what other spices would be good with thyme. Or should I maybe JUST use thyme? I use olive-oil cooking spray to coat. I adore thyme and I'm thinking anything more might overwhelm the fish. But I have this stigma against using only ONE spice. Last time I sprinkled garlic, pepper and paprika and it was super yummy. But tonight I want thyme. What do you cooking gurus think?

There's not really much of a "dish" to it, at least not for me. I can only eat the fish, so any flavor I get will be from the fish and whatever I season it with. My husband... well... let's just say he won't notice or care what I put on it because it will be gone faster than he can comment.
He gets steamed veggies and some noodles with his.

Thyme, a little bit of lemon, and some black pepper. Although I love fish sprinkled with Old Bay and drizzled with chicken broth.
