They have frozen okra that is already breaded and yes you can fry it! I don't know how okra would turn out if it was frozen and THEN you tried breading it... I would think it might be smooshy? I don't really know for sure....
The already breaded stuff is super yummy though if you are wanting some good fried okra! Its Pictsweet brand I think.

Totally! My gran and I used to fry frozen okra. We'd let it thaw and then roll it in flour, dredge in egg, and then roll in seasoned panko!
