Stuffed Pork Chops
This is what I'm making for dinner tonight, but I can't figure out how long to bake it in the oven after I pan sear it. Anway recipe is as follows:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare StoveTop dressing/stuffing (or whatever stuffing you like). I usually add an egg or two to my dressing, extra chopped onion, and 1/2-1 can of cream of chicken soup. Set aside. Cut pockets into thick pork chops with a horizontal cut. My pork chops are over a lb each. Season with salt and pepper on both sides. Stuff chops with stuffing and heat 1 TBS oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear 1 side of chops for 3-4 minutes. Flip and bake for 8-10 until done (I think mine need to be cooked longer than that.)
