I really love tuna casserole, but it's been awhile since I have made it and I don't even remember how to do it now. Does anyone have a good recipe for it?

I guess it depends on how you like your casserole. I like the very basic tuna casserole that my mom made when I was younger. I just use a 12 oz package of egg noodles, a can or 2 of cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups of frozen peas ( or 1 can of drained peas ) , 2 cans of drained tuna ( I have also used chicken because my hubby does not really like tuna ), a bag of shredded cheddar cheese ( cojack is good too ), and salt and pepper to taste.
Boil the noodles and drain. Mix everything else up with the noodles, top with the cheese and bake at 350 until the cheese is melted.
